Question: I will shop on your site, but is it safe?

Answer: We have high security certificates such as SSL and PCI DSS. You can complete your shopping with peace of mind.

Question: Is my coffee sent fresh?

Answer: Our coffees are always roasted fresh and shipped fresh. Since our philosophy is to provide you with a positive sensory experience, we try to send you ready-to-brew coffee that has completed the gas release after 7 days, if possible. However, if this is not possible, we advise you to wait at least 7 days for degassing

Question: I don't have a grinder, can you grind my coffee?

Answer: If you do not have a grinder, we can of course grind your coffee for you if you select the grinding option at the order stage, but we want you to know that if the coffee is not consumed quickly after grinding, it starts to lose its aromas long before the time it should be. We do not only grind for espresso. Our humble advice is to get a grinder and experience our coffees at their highest potential.

Question: Are you roasting Light roast, Medium Roast? Or Omni-Roast?

Answer: We create our roasting profiles to highlight the potential flavors of the coffee. We don't need a definition at this point because it is usually the coffee itself that guides us.

Question: Why Micro Roastery? What does a micro roaster do?

Answer: A micro roaster makes micro purchases, maintains an inventory of new harvest and fresh coffee, and replenishes their selection as they consume it.
