Refund policy

Question: Do you do Light Roast, Medium Roast or Omni-Roast?
We kindly ask you to check the products you have ordered before you receive your order from the shipping company. Perishable products, food products, disposable products are products that cannot be returned due to their nature and it will not be possible for the Buyer to benefit from the right of return in these products. The use of the right of return in products such as souvenirs, fragile goods, etc. depends on the condition that the packaging of the product is unopened, intact and the product has not been used. You need to return our products with broken, opened, torn packaging or products that you realize are broken or damaged to the cargo company without receiving them. The cargo company will pick up the products at the door free of charge and deliver them to us, you will not pay any additional fee. 

According to the TCC, there is no right of withdrawal for foodstuffs, beverages or other daily consumption items. Apart from these, all products whose original packaging is not damaged, not used, not damaged as a result of usage error can be returned.

The return process is 14 days after you receive your cargo.

In cases of return and exchange, the return shipping fee is covered by the buyer. In cases where the reason for return is caused by our company or transportation, the return shipping fee is covered by our company. In cases where the cargo is free of charge, if the reason for the return is not caused by our company or the carrier company, the shipping fee will be deducted from the returned price. In cases where the buyer does not receive the order despite the necessary information by our company and the carrier company, the shipping fee is not refunded.
