Uraga managed to make us say "Here is a delightful Ethiopian coffee!" with its tea-like body and sweet malic acidity at first taste. With the bergamot black tea aroma we get at the first sip, followed by juicy peach notes, it reflects all the characteristics of a floral Ethiopia in the cup.

The richness of the high tropical climate and volcanic soils in Oromia, a sub-region of Guji, supports our definitions.
