Edilberto Torres, which we are proud to present to you by selecting it from Peruvian coffees, is a delightful coffee that you can drink at any time of the day without getting bored, with its sweetness of fruits such as apricot and apple, as well as its balanced acidity and pronounced body.
Our coffee, which takes its name from the Edilberto Torres farm located in Cajamarca, the third largest coffee region in Northern Peru, has all the conditions a qualified coffee should have, with the ecological environment provided by the lush forests parallel to the Andes and fertile soils.
After the coffee is picked, the coffee cherries are washed and processed at the Chacra Coffee Company washing stations located in the region. This new producer, which started operating in 2023, is also known for its qualified post-harvest processing methods.
Chacra is made up of dedicated coffee producers who work with select producers, often friends and neighbors. We can see the positive results of these passionate people's efforts in our cups.

Brewing Recommendation: (V60):
Our coffee water ratio is 1:16 - 18gr Coffee - 300ml water
My advice: Comandante 19 click
We recommend Assu as water, 93c temperature is ideal.
We make double bloom using the Standout recipe;
1-) 50gr water-wait for 30 seconds
2-) Wait until the 60th second with 50gr of water and pour the remaining 200gr of water until 01:30.
The target time for brewing should be between 2:30-2:45.
